No, not the red heart, paper box chocolates you've seen your whole life. We think you're better than that, and should step up your groumet cooking skills with these tasty cannabis infused truffles.
What You Need:
3-5 grams cannabis flowers
1/2 Cup + 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
1 Lb. Semisweet or Bittersweet Chocolate (your choice)
8 ounces Dipping and coating compound chocolate: Dark, Milk, White
1 Cup Heavy Cream
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Toppings of your choice: nuts, sprinkles, coconut flakes, toffee bits, the options are endless!
The correct ratio for chocolate truffles is 2:1 chocolate to heavy cream. I noticed your truffles were a little soft and it is because the choc/cream ratio was off. Your total liquid was 1 cup cream plus 1/3 cup canna butter so the total liquid ounces is approximately 12.5 oz. You should be using 25 oz of chocolate to make them firm enough. They will be very firm and you wont get the ganache all over your hands.
