"So I noticed that you refer to "Rectorseal" and you call it a pipe sealant. I clicked the link provided and it is actually a thread lubricant, which claims to help the tape make a better seal and boasts less galling, seizing, and corrosion. It's the only thread/pipe goo I could find from them that specifically states it's food grade. So I was just verifying that is the correct product, because I too am having some troubles getting my mill-rose blue monster ptfe tape to make a full seal. Is there a list of approved components to use in combination with LPG extractors? I would love to see some guide lines about all the little materials that we commonly are using besides our gaskets and solvents that can really effect taste/smell/toxicity ect.
